Safari 3.1 and Opera 9.5 both support downloadable fonts, and it’s time for developers and designers to start paying better attention to typography for the Web. A List Apart gave a good intro, and the linked article supplies some excellent fonts that avoid the garish eccentricity of the examples in Håkon Wium Lie’s article.
